{"id":1288,"date":"2008-01-22T00:40:30","date_gmt":"2008-01-21T23:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.filmdetail.com\/archives\/2008\/01\/22\/i-am-legend-superbowl-prediction\/"},"modified":"2008-01-28T06:39:58","modified_gmt":"2008-01-28T05:39:58","slug":"i-am-legend-superbowl-prediction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.filmdetail.com\/2008\/01\/22\/i-am-legend-superbowl-prediction\/","title":{"rendered":"I Am Legend Superbowl Prediction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some <a href=\"http:\/\/digg.com\/movies\/I_am_Legend_Predicts_Super_Bowl\">eagle eyed people have noticed<\/a> that the opening scene of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0480249\/\"><strong>I Am Legend<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; in which a scientist played by <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Emma_Thompson\">Emma Thompson<\/a> declares there is a cure for cancer &#8211; has a visual reference to a game between the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York_Giants\">New York Giants<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_england_patriots\">New England Patriots<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/picboost.com\/upload\/prediction.jpg\" title=\"I Am Legend Superbowl reference\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.filmdetail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/i-am-legend-superbowl-prediction.jpg\" alt=\"I Am Legend Superbowl reference\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/NFL_playoffs%2C_2007-08#Sunday.2C_January_20.2C_2008\">this weekend&#8217;s NFL play offs<\/a> the Giants and Patriots will indeed be facing each other in the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Super_Bowl_XLII\">Super Bowl<\/a> next month.
