Griffith\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/D.W._Griffith\">D.W. Griffith<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a title=\"F. W. Murnau\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/F._W._Murnau\">F. W.
