Director Anton Corbijn<\/a><\/strong> has made the world’s “smallest and shortest film” for the Dutch postal service TNT, from an idea by creative agency KesselsKramer<\/a>.<\/p>\n The one-second film features actress Carice van Houten<\/a> and was commissioned as part of a project to “develop new innovations in stamps”, resulting in one which contains 30 frames of film<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
